The successful candidate will be a friendly, motivated and honest individual

Supervision on all levels of work in the department.
Ensure that orders are loaded correctly and according to standards.
Administrative duties.
Adhere to all company policies, rules, safety and hygiene.
Must be aware of all risks in the department and report them as and when required.
Reporting any incidents in the department to management.
Routine monitoring in plant: pest control, storerooms, loading, etc.
Conduct frequent Quality control checks.
Routine sampling and taking of swabs.
Pre-operative inspections.
Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Any ad hoc duties are required

Grade 12
More than 3 years’ experience as Junior Supervisor.
Experience as a Quality Controller in a meat / food processing plant an advantage.
Must be proficient in English (Other languages an advantage).
Strong computer literacy.
Very good administrative skills.
Willingness and ability to stick to procedures.
Must be able to work outside normal working hours and weekends.
High integrity and honesty.
Dependable and reliable.
Compliance with company procedures.

Market Related
