We're looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Associate (TAA) who is passionate about people, enjoys research and headhunting, and wants to build a career in international recruitment.

This is not your typical recruitment role. You'll be identifying and engaging engineers working on satellites, spacecraft, autonomous systems, propulsion, avionics, AI, robotics and other cutting-edge technologies.

No two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our specialist delivery team, you'll:

Source and headhunt niche engineering professionals across the US and Europe.

Build relationships with passive candidates who aren't actively looking for work.

Conduct candidate qualification interviews to understand technical skills, motivations and career goals.

Research competitors, talent pools and emerging technologies.

Build talent pipelines for some of the world's most innovative engineering businesses.

Prepare candidate profiles and support Recruitment Consultants through the hiring process.

Coordinate interviews across multiple international time zones.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer.

Experience

Essential

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisation and time management.

Desirable

• Recruitment agency experience.
• Experience recruiting internationally.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• ATS/CRM experience.
• Engineering, technology or technical recruitment exposure.
