We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys building relationships, engaging candidates and delivering exceptional recruitment support.

Please note: This is NOT an HR position. Applicants must have previous recruitment agency experience.

About the Role

This is a candidate-focused role where you'll play a vital part in supporting UK recruitment consultants by building talent pipelines, re-engaging existing candidates, managing compliance, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Rather than simply searching CVs all day, you'll maximise the value of our existing candidate database while proactively sourcing new talent using the latest recruitment technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Regenerate, cleanse and reactivate existing candidate databases.
• Contact, screen, interview and register candidates.
• Re-engage dormant candidates and temporary workers.
• Manage CV Watchdogs and respond promptly to candidate applications.
• Source candidates using Indeed Smart Sourcing, CV Library and internal databases.
• Create, post and optimise recruitment adverts.
• Complete candidate compliance and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate communications.
• Support consultants with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for future vacancies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to placement.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Minimum 12 months' recruitment agency experience.
• Experience recruiting temporary and/or permanent staff.
• Excellent telephone and relationship-building skills.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience using recruitment databases or ATS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Highly Desirable

• Experience using Indeed Smart Sourcing.
• Experience using CV Library.
• Experience using Vincere, Bullhorn or similar CRM systems.
• UK recruitment experience.
• Driving, Industrial, Commercial or Logistics recruitment experience.
