Company and Job Description: Our client, a well-established organisation within the IT industry, is seeking a Finance Consultant to support and enhance its finance function. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting knowledge with a passion for technology to improve financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and optimise finance processes. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern cloud-based accounting platforms while contributing to the continuous improvement of financial operations through automation and innovative technologies. Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Identify and implement process improvements through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and statutory requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Support the optimisation and maintenance of finance systems and processes. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Degree in Accounting. Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant finance and accounting experience. Experience within the IT industry. Previous management or team leadership experience. Demonstrated experience strengthening financial controls and improving finance processes. Skills: Advanced ERP Systems knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI within the finance environment. Apply now!
