About the Role

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Woodstock showroom.

You'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers choose furniture that suits their lifestyle, space and budget. From the initial consultation through to quotation and order placement, you'll guide customers every step of the way while maintaining the high level of service Sofaworx is known for.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building relationships, have an eye for interiors and genuinely love helping customers create a home they love.

What You'll Do

● Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.

● Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable furniture, fabrics and configurations.

● Prepare quotations and process sales accurately.

● Follow up on enquiries and quotations to convert leads into sales.

● Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

● Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.

● Work closely with the production and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

● Contribute towards monthly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

● Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience in furniture, home décor or interiors.

● A genuine passion for interiors, furniture and customer service.

● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

● A proactive, results-driven approach to sales.

● Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

● Comfortable using computer systems and point-of-sale software.

● Able to work weekends and retail trading hours.
