Role: Change & Communications Manager Contract Duration: 5 Months Location: Johannesburg (JHB) Working Arrangement: Hybrid Start Date: Immediate Industry: Financial Services Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Change & Communications Manager to join a high-impact transformation programme within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change management and communication strategies that drive stakeholder adoption, minimise business disruption, and support successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related discipline. Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is highly advantageous. Experience 7+ years'' experience in Change Management and Organisational Change. Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes within the Financial Services industry. Previous consulting experience with a recognised consulting firm or in a consulting capacity is essential. Demonstrated experience managing change across multiple workstreams within complex programmes. Strong executive stakeholder management experience. Experience developing and executing communication strategies for large-scale business transformation initiatives. Experience supporting digital, operational, process, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
