Site Manager

Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Durban. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale building projects while ensuring quality, safety, and programme requirements are met.

Requirements

• BTech in Construction Management or a related qualification
• 5–8 years' experience in site management within the construction industry
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site operations, and health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in MS Project and CCS
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
