The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, practical driving experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage and educate sales professionals across multiple international markets.
POSITION INFO
Responsibilities Deliver localized training by regularly conducting onsite or online sessions for primary dealer sales teams in key markets. Accurately communicate heavy-duty truck product knowledge, core competitive advantages, and practical sales skills. Develop customized training programs tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of different regional markets, emphasizing new and core products. Optimize training systems and assets by continuously updating standard training materials and instructional tools. Collect sales feedback and market demands to adjust training priorities and strategies dynamically. Monitor training effectiveness, analyze data, and propose recommendations for improvement. Assist in establishing and refining the overseas internal trainer management and certification mechanism to ensure consistent training standards. Requirements Valid heavy-duty truck (B2 or higher) driver's license with practical driving experience. At least 3 years' experience in heavy-duty truck sales or product management, with strong technical and application knowledge. Skilled in designing training materials and delivering engaging presentations with interactive elements. Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields, as well as those with training or public speaking experience. Proficient in English. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
