Technical Sales Representative (with Pathway to Management)

A well-established company in the Gauteng region is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative with strong leadership potential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a management role, ultimately taking responsibility for the business.

Our company specialises in Process Control and Instrumentation, with a significant footprint in the Manufacturing sector. We represent several world-class international agencies and offer a broad range of high-quality products. In addition to sales, we provide comprehensive services including project management, in-house design of process control systems, electrical panel assembly, and on-site installation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in Process Control, Instrumentation, or a similar technical sales field.
• Minimum 2 years’ management or team leadership experience.
• Based in the Gauteng region (or willing to relocate).
• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
• No criminal record.

• Competitive base salary of R30,000 per month.
