Registered Nurse Senior Qualified Emergency

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse with an Emergency Nursing qualification. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership while ensuring the delivery of exceptional emergency care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing activities within the Emergency Unit.
• Deliver specialised emergency nursing care.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote safe and effective patient care.

Requirements

• Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse.
• Post-basic qualification in Emergency Nursing.
• Previous emergency nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous.
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centred care.
