We're looking for a Personal Assistant who understands that.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager: Inland, this role provides high-level executive, administrative, and coordination support. You'll play a critical role in managing priorities, driving organisation, coordinating key meetings and events, and ensuring that stakeholder interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and with absolute discretion.

What you'll be trusted to own

This is more than a traditional PA role. It's about being a trusted partner who enables leadership effectiveness and keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll

Act as the first point of contact for the Regional General Manager, managing correspondence, calls, meeting requests, and stakeholder interactions with professionalism and sound judgement.

Proactively manage a complex executive diary, coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring readiness for key engagements.

Coordinate management and leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, compiling meeting packs, recording minutes, and tracking actions to completion.

Maintain accurate and secure electronic filing and records management systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and stored according to company standards.

Draft, format, and quality-check reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documentation to a high professional standard.

Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and management information for leadership teams.

Coordinate travel, accommodation, events, meetings, and logistics in a cost-effective and professional manner.

Support the planning and delivery of conferences, strategy sessions, staff events, and leadership engagements.

Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders.

Handle confidential information, executive correspondence, and sensitive business matters with the highest levels of integrity and discretion.
