Junior Project Administrator – Montague Gardens (On-site)
Salary – negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Our client, who has an International Footprint within the Telecommunications/ISP space, has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Administrator to join their team.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for contract scrutiny, customer contact, and ordering services as specified by the relevant suppliers via CRM system within agreed SLA’s, including managing and coordinating of order workloads, progress reports, and service updates for both the business and customers, whilst ensuring the customer has the best experience with the company.
Order management.
Testing and service delivery.
Business development.
Fault resolution.
Account set up.
Tracking orders.
Liaise with customers and suppliers.
Escalated issue handling.
Progress reports.
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant diploma/degree in Project Management. (advantageous)
2- 5 years project administration experience gained within the telecommunications/ISP environment (advantageous) or similar environment. (Training will be provided)
Basic skill level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
ITIL Foundation V3 or V4. (advantageous)
Strong communicator at all levels. (oral and written)
Strong organisational skills.
Stakeholder engagement
Ability to multi-task.
Good telephone manner.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Must be willing to work UK Hours and SA Public Holidays.
