Factory Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of factory operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize operational performance, and effectively manage a diverse workforce.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Ensure the production is High and order Manage staff to ensure production is at its highest. Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and operational teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications. Minimum Requirements: Matric certificates Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience working with Aluminium. Has knowledge of the designing of doors and windows. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will be someone who knows Aluminium process from the start to finish.
