Maintenance Planner

A well-established heavy manufacturing company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced and highly organised Maintenance Planner to join its Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive maintenance professional who is passionate about equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement within a demanding industrial environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all preventative, predictive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities to maximise plant availability and minimise production downtime. Working closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Procurement, and Stores teams, you will ensure maintenance resources, spare parts, contractors, and equipment are effectively coordinated to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12

National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

10 years’ experience within a similar role

Within the Heavy Manufacturing industry
