Quality Controller

A leading food manufacturing company in the Western Cape is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Controller to join its Quality Assurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with Production, Technical, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, the Quality Controller will play a key role in ensuring only safe, high-quality products are released to customers.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

Tertiary qualification in Food technology/quality

Additional certification in Food Safety/Lead Auditor etc.

3 years’ experience

Within a Food Manufacturing Environment

Candidates must be residing in the Western Cape
