As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the shift, ensuring optimal picking productivity, and maintaining the efficient flow of operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the shift to maximize picking productivity.
• Facilitate seamless information handovers to the next shift.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of an ample number of picking staff.
• Oversee the availability and upkeep of material handling equipment (MHE).
• Supervise the picking process and handle associated administrative tasks.
• Accurately report and track shift attendance.

Minimum Requirements

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in staff management and team leadership.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
