Internal Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Internal Recruiter to join one of our international client teams, specialising in the US Tech market. This is a sourcing-focused role working US hours, where you'll identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and proactive headhunting.

  • Source and identify candidates across the US market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date within the ATS.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other sourcing methods to find top talent.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Resourcing.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills. ​​​​​​​
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools. ​​​​​​​
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ​​​​​​​
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. ​​​​​​​
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • High attention to detail and good administrative skills.
  • ​​​​​​​Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
