SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled
Franchise Contracts Senior Administrator to join a dynamic legal and operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing service level agreements and other legal documents, while providing critical support across supplier onboarding, vendor credit applications, and debtor credit management processes.
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong legal background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage Service Level Agreements and other contractual/legal documents. Oversee and process Supplier Onboarding requests, Supplier Credit Applications, Customer Vendor Forms, and Debtors Credit applications. Liaise and coordinate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional management across departments. Provide legal advice and support on contractual and commercial matters. Assist in risk management and support decision-making processes. Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency in all processes. Essential Requirements LLB degree from a recognized institution (mandatory). At least 3 years of relevant legal experience (mandatory). Admission as an attorney (junior level preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a corporate or administrative legal environment. Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and credit management processes. Desirable Attributes Ability to work under pressure in a high-stress environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Team player with a willingness to self-study and research. Confident decision-maker and proactive problem solver. Strong understanding of commercial and contract law. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet turnaround deadlines.
