Key Responsibilities
Scale the Organization: Design and execute people strategies that support rapid business growth without losing the unique core values that make Pargo special.
Drive High Performance: Partner with the leadership team to optimize team structures, iterate on goals and KPI structures to drive accountability and implement performance frameworks that ensure high efficiency and tangible returns on our talent investments.
Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning to ensure the business has the right structure, capacity and capabilities to support current and future growth.
Change Management: Develop and drive change management approaches that support effective implementation, clear communication and employee adoption during periods of organisational change.
Remuneration and Reward: Develop and maintain competitive remuneration frameworks, including short-term and long-term incentive structures, that support performance, retention and long-term alignment with the Company’s objectives.
Learning and Development: Develop and drive learning and development initiatives that ensure our people remain equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to perform and grow in a high-growth environment.
Talent Retention & Personal Growth: Develop and embed a clear framework for Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and career pathways, enabling managers and employees to create and own actionable development plans. Ensure our existing team members see a long-term future filled with development opportunities at Pargo.
Culture & Engagement: Act as the heartbeat of Pargo’s culture. Cultivate an inclusive, high-energy and transparent environment where people are motivated to do the best work of their careers.
A-Player Recruitment: Elevate our employer brand to attract fantastic talent. Refine our onboarding experience to ensure new hires hit the ground running and integrate seamlessly into our high-performance culture.
People Governance and Compliance: Ensure strong governance across all People practices, including employment law compliance, policy implementation, statutory reporting, payroll and employee data integrity, and the consistent application of internal controls and processes.
Requirements
Who You Are
A Proven Scaler: You have 5+ years of leadership experience in HR, People, or Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment.
High-Energy & Passionate: Your energy is infectious. You genuinely care about human potential and get a thrill out of watching individuals and teams smash their goals.
Data-Driven but People-Centric: You understand that people ops is a strategic business function. You use data to measure engagement, performance and ROI, but you never lose your empathy or human touch.
A Strategic Doer: You can think big picture at the management table, but you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the execution.
