An established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an energetic, driven and customer-focused Sales Representative / Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who can generate new business, build lasting client relationships, and manage projects from concept through to final installation.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven (minimum of 3-5 years) sales experience (Graphics / Visual Communication Experience an ADV.)
• Experience in both sales and project management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience advantageous)
• Valid South African driver’s license + reliable car & mobile phone
• Self-motivated, professional and results-driven

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Conduct client meetings and site visits (information gathering) Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities Manage projects from order confirmation to final installation Liaise with clients, designers, production, procurement and installation teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate CRM and project records
