Duties: Oversee packaging line activities, ensuring optimal efficiency in filling, labelling, and shipping processes Implement and monitor quality control protocols, conducting regular inspections to maintain standards Manage packaging stock and consumables efficiently, ensuring resource optimisation Uphold the company's brand image and values through consistent packaging standards Foster open communication and collaboration within the team, while working independently when required Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, including safe work procedures, proper use of protective equipment and incident reporting Complete all Quality Management System (QMS) / ISO related actions for the packaging area Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in packaging supervision or a similar role Matric or equivalent Technical knowledge of packaging processes, batch sheets, labelling requirements, and manufacturing protocols. Familiarity with the following: ISO standards and QMS procedures Packaging machinery and technology Core Competency & Professional Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication Attention to detail Effective time management and organisational skills Problem solving Team player Closing date is the 24th of July 2026
