Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Business Administration
- 5 to 10 Years of Management Experience in a General Management Position
- Understanding of Agricultural Markets, Legislation, and Customer Needs
- Proven Ability to Think Strategically, Coach Teams, and Build Networks
- Demonstrated Skill in Executing Business Plans and Delivering on KPIs
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
