FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Insurance Manager to bridge the gap between buyers, banks, and the dealership, securing the best financing deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience! Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape Salary: Market Related (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) Essential Qualifications: RE5 Certificate (essential) NCA Accreditation (essential) COBs and CPD points (essential) B.Com qualification (advantageous) Proven F&I experience in a dealership environment Key Responsibilities: Financial Consultation & Deal Structuring: Evaluate customer credit profiles and assess affordability Negotiate competitive interest rates with major banks and lenders Structure deals including monthly instalments, APR and balloon payments Present and sell value-added products such as extended warranties and service plans Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all transactions comply with NCA, POPIA and FICA regulations Conduct thorough affordability assessments and fraud-prevention checks Accurately process all financial agreements, disclosures and sales contracts Sales & Dealer Collaboration: Educate floor salespeople on available financing specials and protection programs Collaborate with dealership management to meet sales targets and optimize finance penetration Coordinate with banks and administrators to manage end-to-end deal payouts
