SUMMARY

We are seeking a Digital Automation Support Coordinator – Pilot to join our clients growing team and help drive efficiency through AI and automation. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to support the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation tools.

POSITION INFO

Role Purpose: You will support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and automation workflows, reducing manual administrative workload and strengthening digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Configure, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot agents. Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals). Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Provide first‑line user support and assist with adoption. Ensure compliance with data governance and POPIA requirements. Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Detail‑oriented with strong learning ability.
