About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape the next generation of AI. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly influence how AI systems reason about real-world business challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a measurable impact — without the constraints of a traditional academic schedule.

What You'll Do

Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI reason more like an experienced leader
Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs
Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
Self-directed and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently

Nice to Have

MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
