About the role

In this position, you will support our consulting team as we assist a prominent South African financial services provider in refining their internal operations. The Junior AI Implementation Specialist exists to bridge the gap between abstract technology and practical, structural change. You will focus on how AI tools can be used to resolve complexity in business systems, ensuring that new processes are documented with precision and clarity. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of self-discipline and a preference for written communication.

What you will do

• Document current workflows for our South African financial services client to identify specific points of organizational friction.
• Test and configure AI tools to automate administrative tasks and support data analysis for client projects.
• Create precise, plain-language guides that help client teams adopt new AI-supported work methods.
• Gather information on system performance to ensure that our implementation recommendations are backed by evidence.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to translate technical AI configurations into actionable business documentation.
• Monitor the accuracy of AI outputs to maintain high standards of quality within financial service environments.
• Maintain a detailed internal log of implementation steps to serve as a reference for future client engagements.
