POSITION INFO

An exciting opportunity exists for an Assistant Manager to join a specialist Transfer Pricing team based in Johannesburg North . In this client-facing role, you will work with a varied portfolio of clients ranging from established local businesses to multinational organisations, advising on transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and strategy. This position offers excellent exposure to complex cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder engagement, making it an ideal opportunity for a professional looking to develop their expertise within a consulting environment. Education and Qualifications B.Com Degree in Accounting Articles completed preferred, but not essential Experience with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and pricing policies Previous client-facing experience advantageous Key Responsibilities Provide transfer pricing advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of local and international clients. Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, policies, benchmarking studies, and reports. Conduct economic and financial analyses to support transfer pricing strategies and compliance requirements. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing commercially focused solutions. Assist clients with transfer pricing audits, risk assessments, and dispute resolution processes. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret and apply complex tax and financial regulations. Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
