What You'll Do: Lead operational performance analysis and strategic accuracy improvement initiatives Provide expert analytical support for complex operational challenges requiring system mastery Drive automation, efficiency, and accuracy projects across all operational processes Lead regulatory reporting excellence and ensure comprehensive compliance accuracy Handle the most complex operational issues requiring expert system knowledge and analytical solutions Support strategic planning through operational data insights and accuracy trend analysis Lead cross-functional projects to optimize end-to-end process accuracy and efficiency Mentor and develop analytical and system expertise capabilities across the team What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in finance, business, administration or related field RE5 advantageous 4+ years' senior experience in operational analysis, system expertise, or process improvement within the financial services industry Expert knowledge of operational systems, analytical tools, and accuracy optimisation Proven track record of leading successful process improvement and accuracy enhancement initiatives Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and system expertise capabilities Strong project management and leadership skills Competencies: Strong administration and numerical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and confident communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and 100% accuracy in capturing Excellent data management skills Pragmatic problem-solver, independent thinking Highly self-motivated, focused and proactive A passion for excellence - customer obsessed Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to understand abstract concepts Adaptable to a changing environment Challenge the way it has always been done Ability to multitask effectively Ability to work under time pressure within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Excellent knowledge on KYC/AML regulatory requirements Why Join Us: You'll be part of an organisation that genuinely puts people first; our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
