POSITION INFO

Job Description: The successful candidate will support the execution of risk-based internal audit activities across multiple business units. Responsibilities will include planning and conducting financial, operational, compliance, and systems audits; assessing the effectiveness of internal controls; identifying risks and process inefficiencies; and providing practical recommendations to enhance business performance. The role will involve preparing audit reports, presenting findings to management, following up on corrective actions, and supporting broader risk management initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels and travelling to different operational locations when required. Skills & Experience: Strong internal audit, risk management, and governance knowledge Experience conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits Excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving abilities Strong report writing and presentation skills Ability to influence stakeholders and drive process improvements High levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience FMCG or manufacturing industry experience preferred Strong understanding of business processes, controls, and financial reporting Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Qualification: Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting or Finance CIA qualification or progress towards completing the designation advantageous Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
