Key Responsibilities: Handling bond registrations and property transfers from inception to finalization Liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and related stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing and regulatory requirements Managing high-volume files efficiently and accurately Key Requirements: Admitted Conveyancer & Notary Minimum 5 years' experience in Conveyancing Strong experience in Bonds and Transfers Proven experience working with ABSA, FNB, and Nedbank bond registrations Ability to manage files independently from instruction to registration Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong client communication and relationship management abilities ⨠This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm with established bank panels and a supportive working environment.
