Direct Travel Specialist

Do you have a passion for creating exceptional African safari experiences?

We’re looking for an experienced Direct Travel Specialist to join a leading luxury travel company, designing unforgettable journeys across Southern and East Africa.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ reservations experience within a tour operating environment
• Strong knowledge of Southern & East African destinations
• Experience creating FIT itineraries from quotation through to travel documentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Tourplan experience will be a distinct advantage
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and plan tailor-made safari itineraries
• Handle reservations from enquiry through to final documentation
• Deliver outstanding service to direct guests
• Build destination knowledge and provide expert travel advice
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic reservations team
