POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power generation, utilities, mining, and industrial sectors. Promote and sell electrical technologies, equipment, and solutions for power plants and related industries. Provide technical consultation and support to customers, ensuring solutions meet operational requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations. Manage the sales process from lead generation through to project handover. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, plant managers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies. Minimum Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in technical sales within electrical engineering, power generation, energy, or industrial automation environments. Strong understanding of power plant electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, or related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide tailored solutions. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
