Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the cashier team to ensure efficient and friendly service. Manage till floats, cash balancing, and end-of-day reporting. Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and store standards. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior cashier role within retail/supermarket environments. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
