A leading private hospital in Pinetown is seeking an experienced Theatre Manager to oversee the management and operations of its theatre unit. Minimum Requirements: Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse Post Basic Qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing Science Previous Theatre Management or Unit Management experience in a private hospital Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills Sound knowledge of theatre operations, quality assurance, and infection prevention Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the theatre unit Lead and develop the multidisciplinary theatre team Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence Manage staffing, resources, and budgets Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations If you meet the above requirements and are looking for your next leadership opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
