- Keep continuous record of customer contact details and schedule of contacts.
- Manage customer accounts and provide business management data to customers on budget spent and discount structure to improve/encourage further spend
- Recommend compatible parts, provide pricing, prepare quotations, and negotiate competitive prices
- Process payments, manage invoices, update customer databases, and handle returns or warranties
- Match parts to specific makes and models
- Maintain stock levels, and drive sales revenue through excellent customer service
- Matric
- Minimum 1 year experience within commercial part sales
