Minimum Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Payroll Processing Clerk
- Grade 12 | Matric Qualification required
- Additional Qualification in Payroll will be advantageous
- Sound working experience on Sage VIP Classic and MS Excel
- Ability to complete end-to-end payroll processing for up to 100 Weekly employees on Sage VIP Classic
- Working experience with MIBCO and MIBFA
- Ability to process all Statutory dedcutions including PAYE | UIF | SDL | Garnishee Orders | Maintenance Orders | Medical Aid and Provident Fund Contributions | Union Fees | Salary Advances and Loans
- Own reliable Transportation required
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
Salary Structure
- Basic Salary of between up to R 17 000, negotiable based on experience
- Benefits including Medical Aid and Provident Fund
