As an HOD, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a specific department within the company. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the senior management team. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and implementing departmental strategies Monitoring departmental performance Ensuring compliance with company policies Managing and supervising departmental staff The successful candidate must have a background in Other or Information Technology sectors and possess strong managerial skills. This position requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing branches and holding top management positions.
