Prism Placements has partnered with this National Property Management Business looking for a commercially driven

Parks/Property Manager to take ownership of their facility in Cape Town.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance and taking ownership of a high-performing facility.

Remuneration:

• From R240K – R300K C.T.C. per annum plus bonus.

Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma / B-degree advantageous.
• Min 3-5years experience in operations, retail, storage, hospitality or property management.
• Experience in managing a property from end to end from tenants to leases.
