Junior kitchen / back of house manager position available for coffee shop in Randburg. Looking for individuals with 2+ years relevant kitchen management / chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to manage a small kitchen operation. Main duties will include stock management, variances, and stock control.
