- Knowledge of the sport. Experience playing/coaching the sport. 2. Ability to organize a team, plan schedules, conduct practice, and coach games/matches/competitions in a professional manner while demonstrating good sportsmanship. 3. Previous successful coaching experience is desirable. 4. Requires: 1) Possess a valid California Driver’s License 2) DOJ Fingerprint Clearance 3) Complete First Aid and CPR certification training, 4) Mandated Reporter Training, and 5) Completion of Coaching Certification Courses.
