• Deliver professional and efficient service through inbound client calls, emails, and walk-in client interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing exceptional client service.
• Assist clients with investment-related queries in a professional and accurate manner.
• Develop a thorough understanding of investment products, services, and industry practices.
• Provide clear, accurate, and compliant information to clients.
• Resolve client queries effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and industry expertise to become an investment specialist.
• Contribute positively to a high-performance, client-centric team environment.

• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business Science, or a related field, or a completed degree with 1-3 years' relevant work experience.
• Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Science, or Commerce.
• Minimum overall average of 65% for both Matric and University.
• Consistent year-on-year academic progression.
• Demonstrated involvement in extra-curricular activities at school or university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Client-service orientated with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team while remaining adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
