Toolroom Team Leader (Automotive Component Manufacturing) - Eastern Cape

An exciting opportunity exists with a leading automotive component manufacturer supplying major OEMs.

We're looking for a Trade Tested Tool, Jig & Die Maker with proven Toolroom leadership experience to lead a skilled team responsible for tooling manufacture, maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Minimum Requirements

Trade Tested Tool, Jig & Die Maker

N4 / N5 / N6 qualification

5+ years' automotive toolmaking experience

Previous Toolroom supervisory/team leadership experience

Strong knowledge of tooling, production planning and automotive quality systems

Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
