• Manage allocated group enquiries, complaints, membership changes, and requests via telephone, email, the employer web portal, and the membership department;
• Conduct a minimum of 12 weekly client visits to allocated employer groups;
• Maintain accurate client records, including FICA documentation and Record of Advice (ROA) completion for all client consultations;
• Drive business growth through lead generation, prospecting, onboarding new Health4Me clients, and identifying cross-selling opportunities;
• Conduct client needs analyses and recommend appropriate Momentum and SEB solutions;
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Momentum's products, application processes, and value propositions;
• Complete the required Classes of Business and industry qualification within prescribed regulatory timeframes;
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements; and
• Perform any other duties related to SEB's services and the position.

A gross monthly salary of R 28 478-00, R 1 000-00 travel allowance and R 800-00 monthly telephone allowance is offered to the successful applicant.
