Qualification Matric / Senior Certificate Marketing qualification or any relevant qualification Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in business-to-business sales environment. 3 - 5 years' experience in food manufacturing/Animal feed industry. Sales experience in bulk supply and in food science will be advantageous. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong negotiation skills and conflict management. Good interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and ERP. Able to compile detailed reports on customer requirements, usages, history etc. Good administration skills. Duties Manage and grow existing and new customer base within the prescribed territory. Manage and grow existing customer's basket of products. Manage and grow company's product offering by identifying client needs. Managing supply contracts with customers. Exceed sales budgets. Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Report back to management all relevant information (written and verbal). Handle and manage all customer enquiries. Cold calling. Always promote and market company's Ingredients in a positive manner. Exercise a high degree of self-discipline, confidentiality and demonstrative initiative.
