General Engineering Supervisor (TMM)

We're seeking a talented General Engineering Supervisor (TMM) to join our client's team in Mpumalanga!

Requirements:

• National Diploma or N6 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Trade Test as a Diesel Mechanic or equivalent
• Supervisory/Leadership training
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the mining industry, appointed in a legal position.
• Minimum 5 years appointed as a GES in a legal position.
• Minimum 5 years’ Foreman-level supervisory experience
• Extensive underground TMM maintenance experience (LHDs, Drill Rigs, Bolters, Agicars, Shotcrete units, etc.)
• Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS/JDE), reliability engineering, and cost control.
• Strong understanding of mine safety systems, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.
