Aesthetic Therapist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Therapist to join a professional aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry, a Somatology Diploma, and strong experience in both advanced aesthetic treatments and front desk/client-facing responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments to a high standard
• Conduct consultations and provide personalised skincare recommendations
• Educate clients on skincare products, treatments and homecare routines
• Recommend suitable treatment packages and homecare products
• Meet monthly sales targets and confidently upsell treatments and packages
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent client retention
• Manage rebookings and encourage repeat visits
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and professional customer service
• Assist with front desk duties and general client administration
• Maintain accurate client records and follow practice protocols
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Somatology Diploma or equivalent qualification #itec #cidesco
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the aesthetics industry (post-graduation)
• Experience in a professional aesthetic, medical aesthetic or wellness environment
• Experience with front desk responsibilities and client management
• Ability to work shifts and alternating weekends

HOURS

• 45 hours per week
• Business operating hours: 08:00 – 18:30
• Sundays: 08h00 – 15h00
• Shift work required
• Alternating weekend work required
