In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end import operations, ensuring seamless movement, strict customs compliance, and top-tier service delivery to our clients. POSITION INFO

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Process import documentation Keep clients updated Track shipments and update the system accordingly Liaise with agents and customers as needed Ensure customs entries and supporting documents are submitted accurately and on time Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues Verify supplier invoices and prepare customer billing Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures Maintain accurate shipment records within the forwarding system Requirements: 2+ years' experience in import forwarding Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience is essential Knowledge of import customs procedures and shipping documentation Experience working with freight forwarding software is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Matric (Grade 12) Relevant logistics or supply chain qualification would be advantageous
