Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of process optimisation, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
• Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
• Clear criminal record.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency. Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable improvements. Conduct process investigations and root cause analyses. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve product quality. Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to achieve operational targets. Analyse production data and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
