We''''re looking for a motivated Shop Sales Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a professional, respectful, and discreet manner. Provide product information and recommendations based on customers'''' needs. Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. Assist with stock receiving, merchandising, and inventory control. Promote current specials and loyalty programs. Ensure a positive and inclusive shopping experience for every customer. What We''''re Looking For: Previous retail sales experience is essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfortable discussing a wide range of products in a mature and professional manner. Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused. Well-groomed with a positive attitude. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts. Must be 18 years or older. Must be willing to work shifts (one day in - one day out) 3 years experience within Retail: Clothing / Jewellery stores / Shoe stores
