Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Construction Foreman with a successful track record in residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on leading site teams, maintaining high construction standards, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily site activities.
• Direct construction teams and subcontractors to achieve project targets.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and project timelines.
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve operational challenges to minimise project delays.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide progress updates.
• Promote a positive and safety-focused site culture.

Requirements

• At least 8 years + demonstrated experience as a Construction Foreman within residential and commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
